What does it cost to hire The Civil Pour?

Our packages start at $500, including two hours of bar service, one bartender, and all the essentials. We also offer upgrades for craft cocktails, mocktails, and extended service—so your bar experience is tailored exactly to your event.

Can You Provide The Alcohol?

Per VA ABC laws and regulations, we cannot buy or sell alcohol for an event.

The alcohol must be bought by the client. Not sure what to get? We will help you create a shopping list based on your needs as part of our booking process!

Where are you located & How far do you travel?

We are located in beautiful Lynchburg, VA. We include travel within 60 miles and charge a mileage fee for travel beyond that. We'd be happy to provide a quote for you!

What is Required to Book my Event?

We require a 50% Deposit to reserve your date. This retainer goes towards your total fee.

What kind of events can we do?

Rehearsal Dinners & Weddings, Backyard Parties, Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties, Kid's Birthday Parties (Imagine specialty hot chocolate or elevated lemonades), Tailgate Parties, Corporate Funnctions and so much more!

Can we rent Civil Pour for photoshoots?

YES! The Civil Pour is available for rent for photo shoots! Email us or fill out the form below for more information!

What is your Cancellation Policy?

You have 48 hours from booking to cancel and receive a full refund on the retainer, after which no refunds will be granted. If you need to postpone, you may apply your retainer to another event within 12 months of your original date, subject to availability. A sub-contract will be created to reflect the date change and any addtional fees.

How do I know how much to buy for our event?

During our consultation, we will help you calculate the amount of alcohol you will need based on your event and the number of guests.

I already have access to a bar, can y'all bartend from it?

Of course! Wherever your bar is, we can manage it. Our staff is experienced and flexible; they are ready to show up and treat your bar like it is our own.

Do you serve NON-ALCOHOLIC beverages?

Of course! We can customize creative options for all those who would prefer other options.
